The translation by Professor Hiwon Yoon from the Seoul National University of the book “A Chance for European Universities” by Professor Jo Ritzen (of Maastricht University, School of Governance and IZA, Bonn) in Korean (published by Seoul National University Press) has been selected to be the best international book of 2011 by the Academy of Sciences of Korea in its program: “Supporting the selection and distribution of outstanding books”. It is the most privileged award in Korea.
The prize carries a certificate and an award of 15million won, equivalent to10,000 Euro.
